Eucharistic Adoration
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
First Friday - 7 - 8 p.m. (See Cor ad Cor for more info)
What is Eucharistic Adoration?
Eucharistic Adoration is a practice of the Church in which a consecrated host - the Real Presence of Christ - is displayed behind glass in a special sacred vessel, called a Monstrance, which is on the altar.
The faithful adore and pray before the Real Presence of Christ. Throughout the centuries, countless answered prayers, miracles, and inspirations have been the fruit of time spent before Jesus in Adoration.
Adoration Sign Up
All parishioners and visitors are invited to participate in this special devotion. If you plan on attending on a one-time or weekly basis, please sign up.
Become a Weekly Adorer
Our goal is to have three weekly adorers for every hour of Eucharistic Adoration at SMG. Spending one specific hour every week in Adoration forms a continuous devotion on behalf of the whole parish.
If you would like more information or are interested in an hour of adoration every week, please contact Rachel Baker at adoration@stmariagoretti.org.
If you cannot make your scheduled hour of Adoration, please contact us.
Thank you to the Weekly Adorers at SMG
