Home and School Association
St. Maria Goretti Catholic School has a wonderful group of parents and faculty that comprise the school's Home and School Association. The Association has representatives that serve on a Board that organizes events, fundraising, volunteer opportunities, and special programs and purchases for the school.
Our Events
The Home and School Board hosts many activities throughout the school year to bring our school community closer and celebrate our faith. If you would like to volunteer to help coordinate the events with the HSA, please email homeandschool@stmariagoretti.org.

Volunteer Sign-ups
SMG is blessed to be able to provide so many wonderful opportunities to our students through the support of our volunteers. We greatly appreciate all of the time/materials so graciously provided by our families. Please note our volunteer requirements if you are new to SMG and would like to sign up to help with School events.
Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities
School Uniform Resale Closet - We need help putting donated clothing on the shelves/racks and help straightening stacks of clothes. Families can donate clothing anytime of year, so we have a year-round need for help in the resale closet to ensure it stays tidy and organized.
SCRIP Program - This program requires many hours of volunteer help to process and fill SCRIP orders. SCRIP is sold all year long at school and at after Mass.
Room Parents - Each class at SMG School has 2 parent volunteers who organize classroom parties, teacher Birthday gifts, and Teacher Appreciation gifts/events. These roles are filled in August and last the duration of the school year.

Meetings & Minutes
The Home and School Association meetings are open to all members. If you wish to speak or discuss specific topics or information, please notify the president one week prior to the meeting in order to be put on the agenda.
