Claire Blau has served as the kindergarten teacher at St. Maria Goretti since the fall of 2022. She has more than two years of experience working with young children.

She completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. After graduation, she has taught as a 3rd grade homeroom teacher and religion teacher. Most recently, she was a Director of Religious Education.

Claire grew up in Merrimac, Wisconsin. She has been a part of the Madison Diocese since she was young and enjoys the community and support that it has given her faith. When she is not teaching, she enjoys being with her family, spending time with friends at the St. Paul's Student Center, hiking, rollerblading, and anything to do with being outdoors.

She is excited to teach and serve the students at St. Maria Goretti.
