Annika Konetzke began teaching at St. Maria Goretti in the spring of 2022. She is the 7th grade homeroom teacher and the 6-8th grade science teacher.
Annika grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and studied Biology at the University of Illinois, after pursuing dance in New York City. After graduating, she served as a FOCUS Missionary at Wright State University and UW-Madison.
Prior to this position, she taught biology, chemistry, and algebra II at Chesterton Academy of The Holy Family in Lisle, Illinois.
In 2021, she moved to Wisconsin to get married. Annika and her husband, Collin, have been attending Mass at Saint Maria Goretti Parish since their wedding in October 2021. In her free time, she loves to pray, spend time outdoors, and practice ballet.
