Volunteer Opportunities

Please Consider Sharing Your Faith
“Let the Children Come to Me!”

(Matthew 19:14)

Jesus had a special place in his heart for children and we hope you do too! Men and women of all ages – from older teens to retirees – are needed to serve in our Religious Ed/Youth Ministry programs in a variety of ways.

If you love children/ teens and are willing to let God work through you as you share love, laughter, and our Catholic faith with the youth of our parish, then please contact Margaret Breunig Clark (Sunday School and Religious Ed) at 271-3732 or Steve Davies (Youth Ministry) at 298-2098 for more information. Being involved in the faith formation process allows you to deepen your own faith, meet new people, and build our parish community. You will be provided with all the resources you need to lead our youth and they will receive what they need most – caring adults to help them come to Jesus.

Diocesan Safe Environment Program

The Diocese of Madison requires that each volunteer participate in the Diocesan Safe Environment program and attend a Virtus class, which consists of watching a video and participating in a discussion. The 2-3 hour classes are offered during the day and evenings throughout the year. Virtus certification is lifelong and transferable to other parishes and Dioceses.
