Extended Hours of Adoration with Benediction - Coming Soon!

We are very excited to announce that beginning Thursday, May 9, our Thursday Adoration will be extended to 5:15 p.m. It was previously held from 8:45 a.m. - 1 p.m. Now, every Thursday, Adoration will be held from 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Adoration begins after Mass at 8 a.m. and concludes with Evening Prayer and Benediction at 5:15 p.m. Confessions will start at 4:30 p.m. as usual.

We encourage our parents to come earlier than usual to pick up your students from school and stop in and pray, or after you pick up your children to stop in as a family and pray before heading home or to your next destination. We encourage home schooling families to make Adoration one of your afternoon activities. We encourage workers to stop in on your way home from work. We encourage our retired parishioners to come and spend a bit of the afternoon with the Lord.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is an extension of Holy Communion in the Mass. Such prayer provides an opportunity to grow in our depth of love of Christ in the Holy Eucharist as well as giving us quiet time amidst our culture’s constantly busy schedules. Come and rest before the Lord.
