Mazzuchelli Care Team
The Mazzuchelli Care Team has taken Pope Francis’ words to heart and have been going out to parishioners who are in nursing homes, assisted care facilities, or homebound.
They bring not only communion, but community – keeping our brothers and sisters of the parish connected to our larger family. The results have been transformative, not just for those being visited, but for the visitor as well.
By being paired with another SMG parishioner, our care team members are able to build strong, personal, faith-based relationships. In this way, they are able to live out their faith as part of their daily lives in a richly rewarding manner.
