Become a Member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Parish

There are several ways to become a member of St. Maria Goretti Parish:

• Pick up one of the registration packets located to the right of the main doors of the church.
• Call the office for information: 608-271-7421
• Membership forms can be downloaded here to be completed and returned; please select your preferred method (below) of submitting your form. If you download your membership form here to submit, please be sure to stop by the church or parish office to pick up the rest of the new member packet.
