The 2010 Fall Auction Committee is seeking volunteers to help with all aspects of this event.

Here are some of the ways you can help:

 

Online volunteer signup available in early September!

 

Decorations - need five to six people to help decorate for the event.
(Time commitment: Friday 10/8, 3-6 p.m.)

 

Set-up - need four people for moving tables, risers, etc. Some lifting required.
(Time commitment: Friday 10/9, 10 a.m.-noon)

 

Set-up - need eight people to assist committee chairs with setting up tables, chairs, etc. Some lifting required.
(Time commitment: Saturday 10/9, 2:30-5 p.m.)

 

Auction Greeters - four people
(Time commitment: Saturday, 10/9, 6:30-8 p.m.)

 

Silent Auction "Floaters/Closers" - Need four people to circulate and take final bids to close out bidding on auction items
(Time commitment: Saturday 10/9, 6:45-9:45 p.m.)

 

Feature Raffle- Four to five people to circulate during event selling raffle tickets for "feature raffle" items
(Time commitment: Saturday 10/9, 6:30-8:30 p.m. or 8:30-10:30 p.m.)

 

Paparazzi: Three volunteers with cameras with a neck strap to photograph arriving guests on the "Red Carpet"
(Time commitment: Saturday 10/9, 7-8:30 p.m.)

 

Clean-up - Four people to help put away/remove items that need to be stored; clean up food; clear area; remove trash; clean bathrooms
(Time commitment: Saturday, 10/9, 11:30-midnight)

 

Clean-up- Need 15 people to assist committee chairs with cleaning and taking down and storing tables, chairs, other items; some lifting required
(Time commitment: Sunday 10/10, two-hour commitment beginning after Masses)

Fall Auction Committee seeks help and donations!

 

The Fall Auction Committee has put together a "wish list" - items we would love to have donated to the Fall Auction on October 9. The theme is "A Night in Hollywood." If you have an item on the list below or a contact you would willing to pursue, please help us! This is just a start -all ideas are welcome!
