Pre-festival	Pie Baking	Bake a home-made pie or two. Drop off your pie(s) at SMG Parish Center Saturday, June 13th from 3:30-5:00 PM or Sunday, June 14th at 11 AM at the Pie Booth.
	Dessert Baking	Bake cookies, bars, & brownies for chicken dinner
Fri June 12	Set up	Set-up for Alumni Night
Sat June 13	Set up	Set up booths, activities, tables & chairs
	Beer & Wine Tent	Serve beverages
	Photographer	Take photos (35 mm digital)
	Saturday Night Event	Serve food, cleanup after dinner
Sun June 14th	Basket Auction	Close out/make calls to winning bidders
	Beer & Wine Tent	Serve beverages, Check ID's, Distribute bracelets
	Bouncer Activities	Take tickets, monitor bounce activities
	Chicken Dinner	Set tables, Carry meals, Serve food, Prepare take outs
	Children's Games	Work at game booth, Assist prize selection
	Clean up	Empty trash cans
	Concessions	Cook hot dogs/brats, Sell concessions.
	First Aid Tent	Administer first aid (AED/CPR certified volunteers)
	Fun Run	Register participants, Race Route Guide, Timer, Refreshments
	Photographer	Take photos (35mm digital)
	Pie Booth	Sell pie
	Ticket sales	Sell tickets at entrance and ticket booths
	Volunteer Booth	Check in, Direct them to position, Answer questions
